Wedding, Commitment & Vow Renewal Ceremony Fees

My ceremony costs begin at $650 for weddings, commitment celebrations and renewal of vows.

For other ceremonies such as namings, rites of passage, funerals, et al costs start at $350. (see Rites of Passage ceremonies cost)

All ceremony costs depend on a few factors, such as length and style of ceremony, with an additional add on for travel if necessary (any travel over 50 km).

Please note: there is a fee reduction for weekday ceremonies, just ask me more.

This fee includes, but is not limited to:

  • An original wedding ceremony
  • Unlimited email and phone (or Skype) consultations
  • Two face-to-face or Skype video meetings to complete legalities and create your ceremony
  • Research and resource materials
  • Rehearsal or final consultation meeting
  • Full Script & Cue Sheets prior to the wedding, for your wedding party, musicians, wedding planner, &c
  • Day of ceremony, consulting with anyone involved with your ceremony
  • Officiating on the day of your ceremony
  • Mailing expenses for the marriage registration with Birth Deaths and Marriages
  • Lodging of all marriage documentation with Birth Deaths and Marriages
  • A final digital copy of the ceremony

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date for any wedding, and due when we sign the contract (usually at first face-to-face meeting).

I donate a portion of my fee to a worthy organisation of your choosing, in honour of your wedding/civil union.
